Dawn has grown her small business from a tiny start up out of her home to a multi-office, 12,000 square foot warehouse and showroom with 20+ employees and multi - million dollar revenues. She credits her lack of creativity but very strong skills in business planning and logistics for her success. Dawn has realized that she has a calling to make an impact on the world. After having started a family and business with her husband at the age of 21 years old she spent the next 21 years being a wife, mother of two boys, business owner/manager and leader in her family, business, community and life. The Abbotts were a pretty rock solid family that worked hard, played hard, and took care of people and the life around them. Things changed in May of 2013 with the accidental blessing of a baby girl when the boys were 18 & 21 years old. Dawn accepted the fact that she would never have an empty nest and embraced the idea that she would be starting over to raise a new a baby when, she was just finishing raising the first two. Then life really took a dramatic turn when Dawn’s husband of 22 years died in a tragic and traumatic accident while the family was on vacation and the new baby was 3 months old. Dawn did not fall apart, but rather embraced life with a new zest and a changed perspective that gave her strength, gratitude, and a desire to awaken joy, hope and positive attitude in the world. Her experience in business, building her own team, and in life has given Dawn the passion to create the number one competitive advantage in business for other companies. This advantage being cohesive teams where everyone is dedicated to results with positivity and authenticity. Dawn is a certified DiSC Facilitator, Certified Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator, Strengths Coach, and avid researcher of people, teams, productivity, success, and being at your highest and best at all times.
